As Easy as Pie

In English, we have many colloquial ways of expressing that something is very easy to do or understand. For some reason, most of these idioms mention sweet treats…now I’m getting hungry.

  • As easy as pie

“Getting into the party without an invitation was as easy as pie.”

  • Walk in the park

“That job interview was a walk in the park.”

*We can also use “no walk in the park” to indicate that something is very difficult.
